MicroMajors is published by Lonexa LLC (Kentucky, United States).
This policy describes what the game stores, what leaves your device, and what we never collect. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.
MicroMajors needs an account, and it needs a connection. Games are simulated on our server, not on your phone, because the result of a match between two people's teams cannot be decided by either person's device. That means the record of your team lives on our server rather than only in your pocket. The rest of this policy follows from that one fact.
| Where it lives | |
|---|---|
| Your email address | On our server. It is how you sign in, and it is the only thing we hold that identifies you as a person |
| Your team, your players, your training, your match history | On our server, and cached on your device so the app opens instantly |
| Match replays | On our server, so you can watch a game back |
| What the AI writes | A recap of a game that has already been played — see Artificial intelligence below |
| Advertising identifiers | Never collected. There is no advertising in this game and no advertising SDK in it |
| Analytics | None. There is no analytics SDK in this app and we do not record which screens you open |
To create an account we store your email address. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never stored by us in a form we can read.
Your email address is used to sign you in, to send you a sign-in or password reset code, and to reach you about your account. It is not shown to other players, it is not used for marketing, and it is not shared with anyone.
You choose a team name, and you may choose a username and a display name. Unlike your email address, these are visible to other players — your team appears in the exhibition browser and on the league ladder, where anybody can see its name, its star rating and its record. Choose them accordingly, and do not put your real name or anything private in a team name.
Your players' names are generated by the game from a fixed list. They are not real people and you did not supply them.
Everything the game needs in order to be a game: your roster and each player's visible attributes, your lineup, your training sessions and what they produced, your ticket balance and what you spent it on, your match results, the box score and stored replay of every game you played, your league standing, and your settings.
This is stored on our server and cached on your device. The cache is what makes the app open without waiting; the server copy is the one that counts.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your device's advertising identifier, or any health or biometric data. The app asks for no runtime permissions, and it explicitly blocks the microphone and screen-overlay permissions that its libraries would otherwise declare.
We have never sold personal data and will not. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and there is no advertising SDK in this app.
MicroMajors does not currently send crash reports to any third party. If that changes before release, this policy will say so before the change takes effect, and such a report would contain the error, the app version and the device model — never your team, your players, or anything you did in the game.
After a match, the game can produce a short written recap of it. That recap is generated by a language model run by Anthropic, our AI provider, and is requested by our server — never by your phone, which never holds the key.
What Anthropic is sent is a summary of a baseball game that has already been decided: the final score, the line score, each pitcher's line, and the plays that moved the game most, together with the two team names and the surnames of the players involved. Those surnames are generated by the game and belong to nobody.
What is never sent: your email address, your account identifier, your username, your password, anything you typed other than your team's name, and any of your players' hidden ratings — which the game deliberately never shows to anybody, including the model.
The simulation decides the game in full before the model is asked anything. The model describes what happened; it cannot change it, and it is instructed never to speculate about how good a player might become.
We do not use your data to train any model, and our agreement with Anthropic does not permit them to either.
Other players can see your team's public face — its name, its star rating, its record and its position on the ladder — because a game where you challenge strangers has to be able to answer "is this a fair match". They cannot see your email address, your individual players' ratings, or anything about your account.
Row-level security means one account cannot read another's rows. That is enforced by the database rather than by the app, and it is covered by an automated isolation suite that runs on every change.
MicroMajors is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
MicroMajors sells tickets — the in-game currency — and a one-time upgrade. There is no subscription.
Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store. We never see your card number or your payment details. Our purchase partner RevenueCat receives a record that a purchase happened, so the game can credit it to your account, and we keep our own record of the transaction so that a purchase which fails to credit can be put right.
We keep what your account holds until you delete it.
Deleting your account deletes it, in full and immediately, from inside the game. Full detail — including what survives, what does not, and how to ask if you no longer have the app installed — is at https://lonexa.ai/micromajors/delete/.
Uninstalling the app removes the cache from your phone and does not delete your account or anything on our server. If you want it gone, delete the account first.
Two things outlive an account deletion, and both are described on that page. Your team's row survives, renamed to a number and owned by nobody, because every game it played is also in your opponents' match history and deleting it would change their record; it plays out any league fixtures already scheduled and is gone at the season boundary. And if you had bought anything, the receipt is kept with your account reference removed, because both we and Google Play are required to keep transaction records.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it.
You can delete your account, and everything we hold with it, from inside the app without asking anybody. For anything else, email the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, the lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract — providing the game you asked for.
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data on our server is encrypted at rest, and access is restricted by row-level security policies enforced by the database. Data cached on your device is protected by your device's own encryption and app sandboxing.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and any required regulator without undue delay.
If this policy changes materially, the app will say so before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating a page nobody revisits.
